Subscription & billing
A valid subscription is what unlocks trading in the app. You manage it from your account page in the browser.
Activating
- Sign in to your account page.
- Open the Subscription section and choose a plan.
- Pay in cryptocurrency — USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) — on the secure payment page you’re taken to. Prices are in US dollars and paid in the equivalent USDT. Send on the BEP-20 network only; USDT sent on another network doesn’t reach the payment.
- Once the payment confirms (usually a few minutes), your subscription activates and the app unlocks trading automatically the next time it checks — no need to reinstall.
You accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you created your account. If we ever change them materially, your account page asks you to accept the new version once, before your next purchase — nothing else changes, and your bot keeps running.
Checking your status
Your account page shows whether your subscription is active and when it expires. The app reflects the same status once it syncs.
Renewing
Each purchase is a one-time extension — nothing is charged automatically, so there’s no recurring plan to cancel. When your subscription nears its end, renew it from the Subscription section. You can renew early — within the last 7 days before expiry — and the new time is added on top of what’s left, so you never lose days or have a gap in access.
One computer at a time
A subscription licenses one computer, not one account — and it’s the computer it’s tied to, not your Steam account, so you can run as many trading profiles and Steam accounts as you like on it. Signing in elsewhere doesn’t move the licence on its own; you move it deliberately, from a banner in the app, and doing so stops trading on the machine you left.
You can move it twice in any 7 days. After that the licence stays where it is until your allowance resets, and the app shows you the date. Nothing is taken away in the meantime: the machine holding the licence keeps trading, and your subscription runs and expires on exactly the same schedule either way.
If trading is locked
If the app says trading is locked, it’s almost always because the subscription is inactive or expired. Check your account page first. If instead it says your licence is on another machine, move it across from the banner — or, if you’ve used both moves this week, the banner shows the date you can move it again. If everything looks correct and the app still shows locked, give it a moment to sync, or sign out and back in.
